• 12.00 Sightseing tour through Odense (visit of Hans Christian Andersens House and lunch)
• 16.00 Arrival to the race track Fyns Væddeløbsbane, Odense
• 18:00 Start of 1st race of the racing day
  3 races of The European Championship for Ladies 2007
• 21:00 Dinner at race track
• 22.00 Bus back to the Gentofte Hotel – Copenhagen
• 23.30 Arrival at Gentofte Hotel - Copenhagen

3. day : Thursday, May 24th

• 09.30 FEGAT General Assembly 2007 at Gentofte Hotel
• 12.30 Bus leaves Hotel for sightseing in Copenhagen City and lunch
• 16:00 Arrival to the race track Charlottenlund Travbane, Copenhagen
• 18.00 Start of 1st race of the racing day
  2 races of The European Championship for Ladies 2007
• 21.00 Official afterparty with dinner and music at Resturant Skjoldgaarden at the race track
• ??? Individual arrival back to the Hotel, official end of the Championship, free evening/night in Copenhagen

4. day : Friday, May 25th

• Individual departure till 12:00 o’clock or shopping in Copenhagen City

WARM INVITATION TO ENJOY THE SPRING IN WONDERFULL COPENHAGEN – DENMARK

The danish association of amatuerdrivers FDT invities You and Your country to The European Championship for Ladies 2007 in Denmark from May 22nd to May 25th 2007.

The Championship will be at Fyns Væddeløbsbane in Odense at the island of Fyen (3 races) and at Charlottenlund Travbane in Copenhagen (2 races) – 4 races each driver.

The sightseing in Odense will bring us to the old house of the famous danish poet Hans Christan Andersen and a danish lunch.

In Copenhagen we will have a beautifull sailtrip in the smal cannals and to The little Maimaid, The New Opera House, The Queens Castle and lunch in the old town area. After the races in Copenhagen we have to celebrate the new European Champion at a afterparty at the racetrack with dinner and music – mayby to the early morning?

We are really looking forward to wellcome you in Wonderfull Copenhagen.

Please, send us the enclosed ENTRY-FORM latest 1st of May 2007, we must make the final Hotel-Reservation latest on 2nd of May 2007, otherwise we can not guarant the accommodation in the Gentofte Hotel. The entry fee for European Championship of Amatuer-Ladies-Drivers 2007 is 700 EUR per each person taking part in the programme of Championship 22.-25.5.2007. This entry-fee is to be transefered to our bank account till

May 1 st.

Programme des Championnats d’Europe Amateurs femmes 2007 au DANEMARK

Ces Championnats auront lieu du 22 au 25 mai prochain à Copenhague.
Hôtel Gentofte
Gentoftegade 29
DK - 2820 Gentofte
(Situé à 8 Kms de l’aéroport)

1ère journée : mardi 22 mai

• L’arrivée de chaque participant est prévue entre midi et 18 heures à l’aéroport de Copenhague.
• Nous pourrons venir vous chercher à l’aéroport et vous transférer à l’Hôtel Gentoftegade 29, DK 2820, c’est pourquoi il est très important de nous donner les informations concernant votre vol et votre heure d’arrivée.
• 19 :00 Réunion de bienvenue et informations générales et techniques sur le règlement des courses au Danemark puis dîner à l’hôtel.

2ème journée : mercredi 23 mai

• 10 :00 - Départ en bus de l’hôtel en direction de la ville d’Odense,
• 12 :00 - Visite touristique de la ville, visite de la maison de Christian Andersen (poète Danois du 19ème siècle, célèbre pour ses contes de fées) et déjeuner.
• 16 :00 - Arrivée pour la course sur l’hippodrome de Fyns Vaeddelobsbane à Odense.
• 18 :00 - Départ de la première course sur les 3 prévues ce jour.
• 21 :00 - Dîner après les courses.
• 22 :00 - Retour en bus à l’hôtel Gentofte – Copenhague.

3ème journée : jeudi 24 mai

• 9 :30 - Assemblée Générale 2007 de la FEGAT à l’hôtel.
• 12 :30 - Visite touristique de la ville de Copenhague en bus puis déjeuner.
• 16 :00 - Arrivée sur l’hippodrome de Charlottenlund Travbane à Copenhague.
• 18 :00 - Début de la première course sur les 2 prévues.
• 21 :00 - Dîner de gala avec musique au restaurant Skjoldgaarden de l’hippodrome.
• Retour individuel à l’hôtel, fin officiel des Championnats, soirée libre et nuit dans Copenhague.

4ème jour : vendredi 25 mai

• Départ individuel jusqu’à 12 :00 ou shopping dans copenhague.
