Amateur Club will be in the reception from 15:00
to answer eventual questions.

16:00 10 minutes busride to the race track. You will
meet Kalmar amateurs to guide you on the racetrack.
18:00 there will be an opening of the event and a
presentation of the participants. All participants in dress
and helmet. You will be taken by cars to the ceremony circle
for the presentation.
18:30 The racing starts. Each participant will
drive in two races during the evening. There will be a price
for the winner, owner and groom.
22:00 After the last race return to the hotel. The
bus will start from the café in the stablegrounds.
During the evening you will be served a buffet in the white
tent next to the track.
Saturday, the
13th of September 2008
Breakfast in the Hotel.
10:00 Bus to the famous Crystal County. In the
legendary glass factory of KOSTA where you will be served
traditional HYTTSILL, world famous food with long tradition.
You will see a few of the crystal factories and have a
guided tour in one. Possibilities for shopping crystal,
glass and clothes.
15:00 Back in the Hotel.
17:40 Gathering in the hotel lobby for a walk
together with our local friends to the castle of Kalmar.
18:00 Meeting hour for everyone concerned at the
castle.
19:00 Dinner at restaurant BYTTAN close to the castle.
After dinner evening free.
Sunday, the
14th of September 2008
Breakfast in the Hotel.
09:30 Bus leaves the hotel for TINGSRYDS TRAVBANA,
the only MILE TRACK in northern Europe! There will be guides
to help you in Tingsryd coming with the bus. You will have
information about all practical matters in the bus during
the trip.
11:00 Arrival in Tingsryds Travbana. All drivers will
drive two races in Tingsryd. You will be served lunch in
Tingsryd – information about this will be given onboard the
bus.
13:05 The race day begins.
17:00 After the last race return by bus to the hotel.
20:00 Banquet and pricegiving in the parade flat in
the hotel.
