Match Moscow - Halmstad - Gothenburg in Sweden.

Russia - Sweden meet in a yearly competition in Sweden this year. 4 amateurs from Moscow, 4 from Halmstad and 4 from Gothenburg (Aaby) will meet on the 21st of August in Gothenburg and on the 25th in Halmstad. This is the third year Russia and Sweden meet (2006 in Sweden, 2007 in Moscow).

The Russians will arrive with a 12 persons strong delegation and spend the time in the wilderness camp owned by the FEGAT president Claës-L. Ljung. When they are not racing there will be entertainment for them such as parties, fishing (in lakes and in the sea), picking mushroom and enjoying the silence in the Swedish forest. Among the drivers is Kashkovskaya Julia who will stay for a couple of extra weeks practising at famous trainer Kari Lähdekorpi's training camp. After the practice she will go to Kalmar in south east Sweden to take part in the European Championship for lady drivers. Julia was European Champion in 2006 and silver medallist in 2007.

Another visito will be ruling proffessional champion on the Moscow hippodrome, Nesaev Alexandr. Hopefully he will be driving in a proffessional race in Halmstad! The Swedish amateurs wish their friends from Russia a hearty welcome!
