Dear Participants and Guests,

Thursday 15 september we are glad to welcome you all in the Netherlands for the European Championship Ladydrivers.

For those of you who will come to us by airplane, the following is important.

After you have arrived at the airport and passed the customs you are kindly asked to go to the meetingpoint (red and white kubus, photo above) in the central hall.
There a person will be waiting for you to bring you to the hotels.
This person will carry a big sign "FEGAT" so that you can recognize her/him.

European Championship lady drivers 2011
The Netherlands
Thursday 15 September - Sunday 18 September


Thursday 15 September:
You all will arrive individually in the afternoon on Schiphol airport. From Schiphol everybody will be transported to the hotel in Hillegom. In the evening a welcome dinner is arranged in Hillegom.

Friday 16 September:
Is a day off. After breakfast you have time to discover Hillegom and perhaps do some shopping. At 2.00 PM a short track trotting competition will start in one of the streets of Hillegom, you can go there by yourself. This is a unique happening in Europe!

Saturday 17 September:
After breakfast you will be transferred to the province of Friesland by bus. First we will visit the Orchids plantation in Luttelgeest where we will have lunch.
After this visit we will go to the hotel in Wolvega where you can drop off your luggage. Shortly after the arrival we will depart to the race track Victoria Park (http://www.victoriaparkwolvega.nl/index.htm).
During the evening four European races will be held, every lady driver will start three times.
After the races the lady champion will be honored and we will have a warm and cold buffet. After the diner there will be a party with live music.

Sunday 18 September:
Departure.

The costs for the complete package is € 500,-- per person.

   The latest registration date is 10 June 2011.
    The latest payment date is 24 June 2011
