It is about 50 minutes by bus from Evenes airport to the centre of Harstad. There is a bus from the airport to Harstad upon every arrival. If there will be many visitors arriving with the same flight there will be a chartered bus to the hotel. Local representatives will eventually be on the bus. GRAND NORDIC HOTEL is situated within walking distance from the bus terminal in Harstad centre.

16:00 bus from F 2 By nordic Hotels to HARSTAD TRAVPARK, about 10 minutes drive. A plain meal will be served upon arrival to the racetrack.

18:00 start of the first race.

21:00 return from the racetrack to F 2 By nordic Hotels

22:00 Get Together!

We will meet in the hotel lobby for a walk together to VERTSHUSET NORDLAENNINGEN, where food and drinks will be served. Entertainment with live music.
Perhaps a MIDNIGHT SUN tour later in the night, this is depending on the weather.

Saturday 12th of June 2010
Breakfast in the hotel.
Morning free for whatever you wish.

13:00 sharp we will embark the ANNA ROGDE. A tour on the sea with the town’s pride. A plain meal onboard. Estimated time to disembark 16:00.

19:00 banquet in F 2 By nordic Hotels. Dinner, ceremonies, music and dance.

This is the programme in rough figures. When it comes to the racing Friday the 11th of June there will be a more detailed programme when we arrive to the racetrack. This is valid for example when it comes to the presentation of the drivers, which races are part of the EC, winning ceremonies and so on. There will be guides from the local arranger following all drivers throughout the evening in HARSTAD TRAVPARK.
There will also be representatives from the local arranger in F 2 By nordic Hotels and they will also be on the bus to HARSTAD TRAVPARK
