Arrivals to Borispol international airport.
We need to know your flights schedule to send the taxies to pick you up at the Borispol international airport.
20.00 Welcome of all participants, dinner at the restaurant in Kiev city centre.

Saturday, the 12th of September 2009

11.00 Bus start from the hotel for Kiev site-seeing tour
13.00 Walk excursion in very ancient place –Kiev-Pechersk Monastery
15.30 Bus start to picnic with dinner, songs and dancing
16.30 Picnic with dinner, songs and dancing
21.30 Bus start back to the hotel

Sunday, the 13th of September 2009

09.30 Bus start from the hotel to the Kiev racetrack
11.00 Drawing for the horses and briefing for the drivers
12.00 Buffet for the participants and guests
13.00-18.00 Six or seven races of the F.E.G.A.T. Europa Ladies Championship
18.00 Ceremony of the winner congratulation of the F.E.G.A.T. Europa Ladies Championship
19.00 Gala-dinner and celebration of the winner in the restaurant
23.30 Back to the hotel

2 persons in same room: 550 EUR/person

WE DON’T ACCEPT ANY COUNTRY TO PARTICIPATE LATER THAN THIS DATE. NAMES OF PARTICIPANTS MUST BE TOLD AND TRIP HAS TO BE PAID!
